How to Log into your Datatel account? User Name and Passwords & Recovery

How to Log In to your Datatel account? 

Go to: https://www.datatel-systems.com and click on Client Log-in (upper right )

User Name and Passwords

Your Datatel Subscription provides you with the credentials needed to access the Datatel Reporting. You will receive two (2) emails:

• One with your Login Name
• A second email with your temporary password(you can change this password once you log in).

If you have not already received your Login Name and Password please contact us at ecare@datatel-systems.com

If you lost or can't remember your Login Name or Password you can easily recover your credentials -Go to: https://www.datatel-systems.com and click on Client Log-in (upper right ) - From the login page click on the Account Recovery link.  

Recovering Your Login Name or Password 

You can use the account recovery feature to receive your login name or password if you forgot your credentials. Keep in mind your account will be disabled after 3 failed attempts (if this happens you will need to contact the Datatel support team to unlock your account) Please see the screenshot below that shows you where to click  if you don’t remember your Login Name or Password. 

Forgot your login name?  Click on the “I forgot my Login Name” tab  Type in the email address that was used when the account was set up  Click on the “Submit” button  Check your email Inbox. If you haven’t received it, please check your Spam/Junk folders.   Follow the instructions in the email for re-setting your login name.

Changing Your Temporary Password 

Once you have logged in for the first time you can change the temporary password that was provided with one of your choosing by selecting the “Change Password” option as illustrated below:
